The ever-popular Swap Meet returns for two nights at the 2026 Convention! Registered attendees can reserve up to two tables for just $10 each to sell extra inventory, unwanted items, or even those hidden gems you’re ready to pass on. Whether it’s surplus stock or so-called “junk,” remember—one person’s clutter is another’s treasure!

- Set-up 4:30pm – 5:30pm
- Sales 5:30pm – 8:30pm
- Teardown 8:30pm – 9:30pm
Swap Meet Rules and Procedures
- Sellers must be a current member of NMRA and have a paid PCR2026 convention registration (Full Fare or Express).
- Tables (30″ x 72″) are $10.00 each, limit two tables per person. A maximum of two chairs are included.
- Members staying at the host hotel (DoubleTree Sonoma Wine Country) can receive one free table. The table must be purchased in advanced. The $10 fee will be refunded at the convention with proof of hotel registration.
- There is a total of 30 tables available each night. Tables will be assigned in the order purchased.
- Sellers who reserve tables for Thursday night may only purchase tables for Friday night if space is still available. Check at the convention.
- All transactions are the responsibility of the buyer(s) and seller(s). The PCR 2026 Convention Committee accepts no liability concerning transactions and will not be involved in any transactions. Any sales tax reporting is the responsibility of the seller.

- By purchasing a Swap Meet Table, you agree to abide by these rules.
- Seller releases Pacific Coast Region of NMRA (PCR) and the DoubleTree Sonoma Wine Country (Exhibit Site) from any and all liabilities to seller, its agents, licensees or employees that may arise as a result of participation in the PCR 2026 Convention. Seller is responsible for the actions of employees, agents or other persons working the Seller’s table.
